Adolfo Corrado trained at the Augusto Zucchi Theatre and Cinema School in Rome, the Tito Schipa Conservatory in Lecce, and the Academy of the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino. He won the 2023 BBC Cardiff Singer of the World competition and has also received prizes at the Toti Dal Monte and As.Li.Co. competitions.
He has appeared on major stages including the Verona Arena, La Scala in Milan, La Fenice in Venice, the Teatro Regio in Turin, the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, the Teatro di San Carlo in Naples, the Teatro Petruzzelli in Bari, the Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía in Valencia, the Théâtre du Capitole de Toulouse, the Opéra Royal de Wallonie, and the Opéra de Rouen.
He collaborates with conductors such as Daniel Oren, Zubin Mehta, Maurizio Benini, Gianandrea Noseda, Daniele Gatti, Jordi Bernàcer, Stefano Montanari, and Nikolas Nägele. Last season, he performed Sparafucile (Rigoletto) and Ferrando (Il trovatore) in Piacenza, Alidoro (La Cenerentola) in Baden-Baden, and Figaro (Le nozze di Figaro) in Cologne.
In the 2026–2027 season, he sings Colline (La bohème) at the Metropolitan Opera in New York, and Basilio (Il barbiere di Siviglia) at the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées and the Théâtre du Capitole de Toulouse.
