Message to spectators of performances of Peeping Tom at the Palais Garnier

Dear subscriber,

Due to the health crisis and social distancing measures, we are obliged to adjust seating arrangements for future performances, including the ballet Peeping Tom scheduled from 6 to 10 January 2021, for which you had booked tickets.

In order to facilitate the application of the health regulations, we have opted to refund your initial tickets and then give you priority booking for the same performances of this ballet. As of 8 December at 12 p.m., you will be able to repurchase tickets for Peeping Tom on the dates and in the category of your choice. Seating arrangements in the auditorium will automatically take into account distancing requirements, providing a free seat between each individual spectator or group of spectators.

If you have paid your initial tickets exclusively by credit card, you need take no further action upon receipt of this message; you will be refunded as of Monday 30 November and you will be receiving an email indicating the status of your refund. In all other cases (cheque, multiple payments, vouchers, credits, exchanges...) please send a scan of the tickets, together with your IBAN and BIC code, by email to regierp@operadeparis.fr (if you do not have your ticket, you can send us your account or order number)*.

Aware of the inconvenience caused by these changes due to the very particular circumstances, we thank you once again for your comprehension, and look forward to seeing you again in our theatres very soon.
