Isabelle Briard has studied singing and piano since the age of 13, and quickly felt the desire to share what she was learning. She began teaching music theory between 1999 and 2008, and this experience confirmed her ambition to go further. She was admitted to the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris (CNSM), where she earned her Master’s degree in 2011.
Since 2012, she has been a voice teacher at the Maîtrise de Radio France, and since 2018, she has regularly taken part in numerous projects at the Paris Opera Academy as a choir director.
Teaching lies at the heart of her work. However, her professional and personal journey has led her to offer more holistic support that combines mental and emotional aspects. Isabelle Briard has trained in sophrology and neurolinguistic programming (NLP), tools that allow her to help artists and students find balance, overcome challenges, and flourish both professionally and personally.
Today, the voice remains central to her work: at the Maîtrise de Radio France, the Paris Opera Academy, and the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM).
She also works as a co-therapist at the Bondy Medical-Psychological Centre (Ville-Evrard Hospital – Seine-Saint-Denis), using singing workshops to engage with children and their families.
Support and guidance are taking an increasingly important place in her career — at the Paris Opera Academy, the Conservatoire of the 12th arrondissement of Paris, and in her private practice in Neuilly-Plaisance, where she supports those facing the inevitable challenges and obstacles that arise on the path to bringing a project to life.
