This season the Ballet School is celebrating the 40th anniversary of its Annual Production. For the occasion, Elisabeth Platel, its director, has programmed three choreographers who have contributed to the institution's identity: George Balanchine, William Forsythe and Rudolf Nureyev. Guided by their teachers, former dancers of the Company, the students have prepared the third act of Raymonda, the first work restaged by Rudolf Nureyev for the Opera Ballet after his appointment as Director of Dance in 1983. Elisabeth Platel, Wilfried Romoli and Eric Camillo participated in this adventure and today convey the spirit of this creation and its choreographer to the new generation. Report.
