With the dancers of the Paris Opera Ballet back at the Palais Garnier for rehearsals of Sugimoto / Forsythe and the dance season's Opening Gala, Octave reviews their tour to Shanghai's Grand Theatre last June and July. Returning to China after more than ten years' absence, the Company presented Nureyev's Swan Lake and a joint programme featuring Robbins' In the Night, Forsythe's Blake Works I and Pite's The Seasons' Canon. Between Aurélie Dupont's press conference, rehearsals, performances and more personal moments from the life of the Company, including the retirement of assistant ballet master Viviane Descoutures, Octave offers you a behind-the-scenes view of the tour.
