Julia Bührle

Julia Bührle works on Shakespeare and Dance at the University of Oxford. She regularly publishes articles on dance and recently took part in the BBC documentary “The king who invented ballet: Louis XIV and the noble art of dance”. Her doctoral thesis, published in 2014, studies the choreographic adaptation of works of literature. She has also authored a biography of the British dancer Robert Tewsley.
