Message to spectators of Tosca at the Opéra Bastille

Dear subscriber,

Due to the implementation of social distancing measures as a result of the health crisis, we are obliged to adjust seating arrangements for performances that should take place this spring, including the opera Tosca scheduled from 6 May to 25 June 2021, for which you had booked tickets.

In order to facilitate the application of the health regulations, we have opted to refund your initial tickets and then give you priority booking for the same performances of this opera. We will soon be informing you of the date as of which you may re-purchase tickets for Tosca, and outlining the seating arrangements in compliance with the public health measures in force at that time.

If you have paid your initial tickets exclusively by credit card, you need take no further action upon receipt of this message; you will be refunded over the course of this week and you will be receiving an email indicating the status of your refund. In all other cases (cheque, multiple payments, vouchers, credits, exchanges...) please send a scan of the tickets, together with your IBAN and BIC code, by email to (if you do not have your ticket, you can send us your account or order number)*.

Aware of the inconvenience caused by these changes due to the very particular circumstances, we thank you for your comprehension, and look forward to seeing you again in our theatres very soon.

* If you have already sent us a BIC code since January 2020 and your bank details have not changed, please do not take this request into account.
