Message to spectators of the Concert Saint-Saëns on Thursday 26 November at the Amphithéâtre Bastille

Dear spectator,

Following the new measures decided by the government in the light of the health situation, the Paris Opera is obliged to cancel all performances until December 1^st 2020. This includes the Concert Saint-Saëns scheduled on Thursday 26 November, for which you had booked tickets.

We will proceed to a refund of your tickets in the coming weeks.

If you have paid exclusively by credit card, you need take no further action upon receipt of this message; you will be receiving an email indicating the status of your refund.
In all other cases (cheques, multiple payments, vouchers, credits, exchanges...) please send a scan of the tickets, together with your IBAN and BIC code, by email to regierp@operadeparis.fr (if you do not have your ticket, you can send us your account or order number)*.

We deeply regret this situation and hope to see you again in our theatres as soon as possible.
