Message to spectators of the concert L'amour spirituel dans la musique vocale italienne on Thursday 25 November at the Studio Bastille

The Paris Opera is unfortunately obliged to cancel the concert L'amour spirituel dans la musique vocale italienne scheduled on Thursday 25 November at 1 pm, for which you have booked tickets, due to COVID contacts amongst the scheduled performers.

We sincerely apologise for this and we will be proceeding to the refundof your tickets in the near future.

If you have paid exclusively by credit card, you need take no further action upon receipt of this message; you will be receiving an email indicating the status of your refund. (Should we be unsuccessful in re-crediting your payment card, we will send you an email informing you of the steps to be taken).

In all other cases (cheques, multiple payments, vouchers, credits, exchanges...) please send a scan of the tickets, together with your IBAN and BIC code, by email to regierp@operadeparis.fr (if you do not have your ticket, you may send us your account or order number)*.
