Message to spectators of Pit on Thursday 23th March at the Palais Garnier

Due to a significant risk of disruption and access difficulties due to an anticipated demonstration on Place de l'Opéra, the performance of Pit scheduled on Thursday 23^th March 2023 at 8pm is unfortunately cancelled.
We wish to apologize to spectators of this performance and to propose:

A ticket exchange* for another production of the 22/23 season. Ticket exchange will be possible from Friday 24th March and until Thursday 30th March 2023:

• at the box office of the Opéra Bastille, Monday through Friday from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm;
• by telephone on +33 1 73 60 23 23, Monday through Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm.

A refund:

• purchases paid with a credit card (online, by phone or by mail, excluding purchases made at the box office or with several payment methods and tickets that have been exchanged) will automatically be refunded from Thursday 31st March 2023 on the bank account used for the payment;
  
  
• in the event that spectators cannot be automatically reimbursed by re-crediting their payment cards, the amount will be transferred to their credit balance available in their personal space on operadeparis.fr. In order to be reimbursed, spectators must enter their bank details (IBAN and BIC code) in their personal space or send them by post below:

There will be no refunds of tickets at the box office.

• AROP ticket-holders should contact AROP directly on +33 1 58 18 35 35.
• Spectators who have bought their tickets via an Agency (ticketing agencies, Internet agencies, tour operator…) are reimbursed directly by the Agency.
• In the case of a reimbursement request, works committee, association and group leaders should send bank details to the Services Groupes at the Opera, 8 rue Scribe, 75009 Paris (info on 01 40 01 80 54 from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 5 pm or groupes@operadeparis.fr). If you wish to exchange your tickets, please contact the Services Groupes.
• Spectators who have purchased their ticket via an agency (FNAC, ticket agencies) will be reimbursed directly by the agency.
• Spectators invited by a Paris Opera partner should contact the partner directly.
