Message to spectators of performances scheduled in March 2021

Dear spectator,

Due to the health situation, the Paris Opera is unfortunately obliged to cancel all performances scheduled in March: the "concert de musique russe" on 4 March, the "atelier Roland Petit, mes parents et moi" on 6 March, the evening O U I #2 on March 13, the "concert de musique de chambre" on 25 March and the production Pingouin, all scheduled at the Amphithéâtre Bastille, as well as the recital by Julie Fuchs scheduled for 30 March at the Palais Garnier.

You had booked tickets for one of these events: we are truly sorry for these changes and will proceed to a refund of your tickets in the following weeks.

If you have paid exclusively by credit card, you need take no further action upon receipt of this message; you will be receiving an email indicating the status of your refund.
In all other cases (cheques, multiple payments, vouchers, credits, exchanges...) please send a scan of the tickets, together with your IBAN and BIC code, by email to regierp@operadeparis.fr (if you do not have your ticket, you can send us your account or order number)*.

In these very particular circumstances, we thank you for your comprehension and look forward to seeing you again in our theatres very soon.
