Message to spectators of performances scheduled at the Amphithéâtre and the Studio Bastille in April 2021

Dear spectator,

Due to the health situation, the Paris Opera is unfortunately obliged to cancel the concerts and the performances scheduled at the Amphithéâtre and the Studio Bastille in April: the Musical encounter on April 8 at the Studio Bastille, the Young Audience production W.A.M We Are Monchini from April 7 to April 12, as well as the workshop "W.A.M mes parents et moi" on April 10, both scheduled at the Amphitéâtre Bastille.

You had booked tickets for one of these events: we are truly sorry for these changes and will proceed to a refund of your tickets in the following weeks.

If you have paid exclusively by credit card, you need take no further action upon receipt of this message; you will be receiving an email indicating the status of your refund.
In all other cases (cheques, multiple payments, vouchers, credits, exchanges...) please send a scan of the tickets, together with your IBAN and BIC code, by email to regierp@operadeparis.fr (if you do not have your ticket, you can send us your account or order number)*.

In these very particular circumstances, we thank you for your comprehension and look forward to seeing you again in our theatres very soon.
