Message to spectators of La Bayadère on Friday 8th April at the Opéra Bastille

Following positive Covid-19 test results among the Ballet this afternoon, we are unfortunately obliged to cancel the performance of La Bayadère scheduled on Friday 8^th April 2022 at 7:30 pm.

We wish to apologize to spectators of this performance and to propose:

• A ticket exchange¹ for another production from the 21/22 season, according to availability. Ticket exchange will be possible from Saturday 9^th and until Saturday 16^th April 2022:
  - at the box office of the Opéra Bastille, Monday through Friday from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm, and of the Palais Garnier, Monday through Friday from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm.
  - by telephone on +33 1 73 60 23 23, Monday through Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm.
  
  
• A refund:
  - purchases paid with a credit card (online, by phone or by mail, excluding purchases made at the box office or with several payment methods and tickets that have been exchanged) : will automatically be refunded from Tuesday 19^th April 2022 and within 2 weeks on the bank account used for the payment ;
  - in the event that spectators cannot be automatically reimbursed by re-crediting their payment cards, the amount will be transferred to their credit balance available on operadeparis.fr. Spectators can then enter their bank details in their personal space or send them by email to REGIERP@operadeparis.fr (IBAN and BIC code or bank card number with expiry date) or by post below:

There will be no refunds of tickets at the box office on the day of the performance.

• AROP ticket-holders should contact AROP directly on +33 1 58 18 35 35.
  
  
• Spectators who have bought their tickets via an Agency (Ticketing agencies, Internet agencies, tour operator…) are reimbursed directly by the Agency.
  
  
• Members of work’s committees, associations, groups, should contact their representative directly, who must contact the "Service Groupes" (on +33 1 40 01 80 54 from Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm or groupes@operadeparis.fr). No refund will be completed without ticket(s).
  
  
• Spectators invited by a Paris Opera partner should contact the partner directly.
