Message to spectators of Don Quichotte on Sunday 2nd January at the Opera Bastille

Despite all our efforts to maintain performances during the health crisis, following late positive Covid-19 test results in the Corps de Ballet of the Paris Opera, we are unfortunately obliged to cancel the performance of the ballet Don Quichotte scheduled on Sunday 2nd January 2022.
The Paris Opera is of course proposing a refund:

  • purchases paid with a credit card (online, by phone or by mail, excluding purchases made at the box office or with several payment methods and tickets that have been exchanged) will automatically be refunded within a few days on the bank account used for the payment;

  • in the event that spectators cannot be automatically reimbursed by re-crediting their payment cards, the amount will be transferred to their credit balance available on operadeparis.fr. Spectators can then enter their bank details in their personal space or send them by email to REGIERP@operadeparis.fr (IBAN and BIC code or bank card number with expiry date) or by post below:
    Opéra national de Paris - Service spectateurs
