Practical information


Orders for individual subscriptions may be placed online, by telephone or by mail from February 27, 2013. All youth subscriptions are sold exclusively online from March 4th onwards. Weekend subscriptions are sold online and over the telephone at +33 1 73 60 26 26.
The maximum number of orders for individual subscription plans is set at 9 per order (above 9 you should contact our groups department at +33 1 40 01 80 54).
For all orders placed by mail or over the telephone, the order form, together with the relevant payment must be sent to: Opéra national de Paris/Service abonnements/120 rue de Lyon/75576 Paris cedex 12/FRANCE.
For any additional information during this period, you may contact us at +33 1 73 60 26 26, from 9 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday and from 9 AM to 1 PM on Saturdays.


You can pay by credit card, standing order/direct debit or by cheque or postal order made payable to the Opéra national de Paris.
> For credit card payments, please include the credit card number, the expiration date and the security code on the back of your order form.
> For payments by cheque (cleared by a bank in France), the cheque must be made payable to the Opéra national de Paris and the amount clearly indicated.
> Audience members who live abroad and prefer not to pay by credit card may pay by cheque in euros drawn on a bank based in France.
> For one-off payments by direct debit, please provide the necessary authorization, a “RIB” (for accounts based in France) and a stamped envelope inscribed with the name and address of your bank.

Split payments

If your subscription package includes 4 or more performances, it may be paid for in two or three instalments depending on the plan. An additional handling fee of €10 per subscription order will be added to the first payment.
> Subscription plans for less than 4 performances must be paid in full.
> Subscription plans for 4 performances may be paid for in two instalments, except for youth subscriptions (which must be paid in full by credit card online).

Subscription plans for 5 performances or more, may be paid for in three instalments. The various instalments will be processed monthly by direct debit/standing order. The first payment will be processed on the 10th day of the month following the processing of your order. All direct debit payments will follow the payment schedule that will be sent to you.

For all staggered payments, please include:
- The relevant forms, signed and completed, authorizing the direct debit/standing order,
- A RIB,
- A stamped envelope inscribed with the name and address of the bank from which the debit will be made.

Payments by direct debit/standing order from banks located outside of France cannot be processed.
Payments by direct debit/standing order cannot be accepted after November 10th, 2013.

If you choose to stagger your payments, your subscription application must reach us no later than June 21st 2013.
In the event that a customer’s banking details change, the relevant direct debit/standing order forms must reach the Paris Opera three weeks prior to the payment-due date.
