PRICES AND PAYMENTS
In the case of payments by cheque, the cheque must be made payable to
the Opera national de Paris.
The Paris Opera reserves the right to change the price of its productions at any time (any such modification will not apply to orders already paid for. All forms of payment not provided for in the general terms of sale refused by the Opéra national de Paris).
Subscription and 2013 Ring Festival payments.
> Full payments by bank card: Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa, Carte Bleue, American Express, JCB, or by cheque or postal order made payable to the Opéra national de Paris. Foreign cheques in euros must be cleared in France.
> Split payments by monthly direct debit (drawn on a French bank or French post office account). €10 handling charge per subscription (not including shipping costs.). The first debit will occur no later than November 10th, 2012. Should a customer’s banking details change, the relevant standing order forms must reach the Opéra national de Paris three weeks prior to the payment due date. Last date for processing subscriptions and Ring Festival 2013: October 31st, 2012 inclusive.
DELIVERY OF SUBSCRIPTION TICKETS
> Choice of ticket format:
- 1st format : printed by the customer via the customer’s own personal page on the web site once payment of an on-line order had been approved, or on request for a telephone purchase;
- 2nd format : sent out by mail when ordered by mail, or at the express request of the customer in the case of telephone or on-line orders. Tickets corresponding to subscription requests will be sent out by mail (to addresses in France) no later than the end of 2012. Tickets are sent progressively as payments are made.
No tickets may be picked up at the box office.
> The first ticket presented at the door of the theatre invalidates any other that may be presented later.
> All changes of postal or email address must be notified. In such cases, please send your request to email@example.com or by mail at Service des Relations avec le public/Opéra national de Paris - 120, rue de Lyon - 75576 Paris cedex 12. In the event that a ticket can not be delivered due to a customer’s failure to notify a change of address, none of the amount paid will be refunded.
