BY CHOOSING A SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGE

BY BOOKING NON-SUBSCRIPTION SEATS

As of July 2 2012 and throughout the season, seats may be purchased in accordance with a specific calendar.
> On internet, by clicking on the button or the Box-office link.
> By telephone on 08 92 89 90 90 (0.34€ per minute) or on +33 1 71 25 24 23 from abroad from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm and on Saturdays until 1 pm.
> At the box office (corner of rue Scribe and rue Auber) and the Opéra Bastille (130, rue de Lyon) from Monday to Saturday. During the day performance tickets are on sale from 11.30 am to 6.30 pm at the Palais Garnier and from 2.30 pm to 6.30 pm the Opéra Bastille.

On booking opening days the box-offices open at 11.30 am and tickets are on sale in both theatres.
Tickets will be mailed to your address until two weeks before the performance date. After this date, they must be picked up at the box-office 45 minutes before the performance begins. For all questions concerning your order please call us on 08 92 89 90 90 (0.34€ per minute) or on your "special subscriber number".

NB Seats regularly go back on sale on the internet site. Whether you buy tickets by internet or by telephone we recommend you print them out yourself. Need to cancel at the last minute? The Opera suggests you put your tickets back on sale on the Zepass.com site.

BY GROUP

If you are a group and wish to purchase 10 seats or more for the same performance. Special subscription packages exist for associations, works committees and groups of friends. You can request these and get personalised advice by sending an email to: groupes@operadeparis.fr or by calling us on 01 40 01 80 54 (from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 5 pm, excepting Wednesday afternoons).
Outside the subscription periods, as of June 4 and throughout the season, seats may be booked in accordance with a specific calendar that you can consult on the groups page.
