The Paris Opera reserves the right to limit seats to 2 or 4 per person for certain productions.

*Family workshops
These opening dates concern telephone bookings and also bookings for the related workshop.
Free workshop, limited numbers only, reserved for ticket holders.
It is possible to book
- tickets for the performance and the workshop
- tickets for the workshop only for those who have already purchased their performance ticket on internet.

On the day of the performance : Seats are reserved for sale as of 45 minutes before the beginning of the performance at the box-office, 130 rue de Lyon.

"Jeune public" subscription. If you book for three or more productions together you become a "Jeune Public subscriber". You will subsequently receive propositions concerning related advantages (documentation, visits, workshops...)


Bookings for groups from schools, music and dance academies are open as of 10th September for all the productions on offer. To book, send us the yellow option request form as quickly as possible, duly completed and attaching your class project if you so wish.

Option requests will be registered by order of arrival. They will then be processed in the chronological order of performances . You will receive a reply, as the season progresses, accompanied if necessary by payment instructions, and subsequently a production information pack to help you prepare your students' visit.
Schools that have never benefitted from Paris Opera activities will enjoy priority. Heavy demand may require us to limit bookings to 1 or 2 classes per school. .

For school matinees at 5€, seats booked for accompanying adults are free in the limit of one adult per 10 pupils. Additional adults will be charged pupils' rates.
For reduced-rate performances in the main auditoriums, numbers are limited to 35 seats including accompanying adults.
To ensure the smooth running of performances, pupils are under the responsibility of accompanying adults throughout.

The handicapped Bookings may only be made in writing according to the above indications. Mentally and physically handicapped children and young people will receive a personalized welcome at school matinees: limited to one group per performance.


Groups (ten participants or more) who wish to book for general public performances of the Young Audience programme at the Bastille Amphitheatre should send their application as of 10th September 2014, enclosing their full details, the name of the production, the date and number of seats required, to the "Service des Groupes" by email at groupes@operadeparis.fr or by fax on 01 40 01 25 40.
