CORPORATE PROGRAMMES: THE PRESTIGE OF A “CUSTOM-MADE” PRIVATE EVENING ACCESSIBLE TO ALL COMPANIES AND FOR ALL PERFORMANCESSArop offers you the possibility to reserve category-one seats for all performances at the Palais Garnier and the Opéra Bastille at will (except gala evenings and evenings organized by AROP’s Club Entreprises). For all the public relations packages offered below, AROP membership (link to page…) confers additional benefits, particularly in terms of better seat placement and reservation flexibility.
From the personalized welcome to the interval cocktails, to supper in the theatre, everything has been planned to facilitate the organization of your evening and receive your guests in the best conditions.
The “A Night at the Opera” package includes:
- A category-one seat
- A performance programme (one for two people)
- Car park access (one for two people)
- The personalized welcome from the Paris Opera hostesses
- A private coat check
- Interval cocktails and buffet, served in a private salon
- And if desired, dinner after the performance

The “Fauteuil Privilège” package truly takes you to the head of the queue to offer priority access to some of the best placed category-one seats in our two theatres, up to 48 hours prior to each performance and for a maximum of six seats per performance.
As a member of AROP’s Club Entreprises, you can reserve up to 8 seats in the “Fauteuil Privilège” package, instead of the usual 6.
The “Fauteuil Privilège” package includes:
- a category-one seat
- a performance programme (one for two people)
- car park access (one for two people)
- a glass of champagne served in a private salon at the Palais Garnier or the Opéra Bastille

Les visites guidées des coulisses de l’Opéra Bastille ou du Palais Garnier, conçues spécifiquement pour les entreprises, vous offrent un moment d’exception. Du Foyer de la Danse du Palais Garnier aux ateliers de décors de l’Opéra Bastille en passant par le plateau et la salle de spectacle, découvrez les lieux inconnus du grand public lors d’un parcours au sein des coulisses des théâtres. En complément d’un spectacle, à l’occasion d’un dîner ou d’un petit déjeuner, par exemple, ces visites vous permettent de donner un caractère exclusif à vos opérations de relations publiques. Invitez vos clients, partenaires ou collaborateurs à partager une expérience unique et à découvrir le coeur d’un théâtre.
Les visites des coulisses du Palais Garnier et de l’Opéra Bastille sont d’une durée d’une heure environ; elles sont commentées par un guide en français, anglais, espagnol ou allemand.
Vous pouvez compléter les visites du Palais Garnier organisées en matinée par un petit déjeuner à L’Opéra Restaurant.
Les membres « Partenaires » du Club entreprises de l’Arop bénéficient d’une visite gratuite par an des coulisses de l’Opéra Bastille.

Corporate Packages – How they work
Making reservations
Contactez-nous par téléphone ou e-mail pour connaître les disponibilités de places sur chaque spectacle ; pour la réservation ferme de vos places, nous vous remercions de bien vouloir nous confirmer par écrit votre demande de places (télécopie ou e-mail). Aucune option ne peut être posée.
Methods of payment :
In response to your written confirmation, an invoice corresponding to your order will be sent out to you by AROP. Your payment - by cheque or postal order made payable to AROP, or by electronic transfer or by bank card (Carte bleue, Eurocard/Mastercard and American Express) – is due on reception of the invoice and must reach us no later than 15 days prior to the performance for those with “A Night at the Opera” subscription; and 48 hours before for those with a “Fauteuil Privilège” subscription.
Dispatch of tickets :
Your tickets will be sent to you by regular mail. You may also have them picked up by messenger from the Palais Garnier or the Opéra Bastille, or you can collect them at the relevant theatre on the evening of the performance.
Exchanges and cancellations
All exchanges and cancellations must be confirmed in writing through Arop.
Exchanges are limited to two per season (four exchanges for members of AROP’s Club entreprises, depending on the category of membership). Such exchanges are made subject to availability and are only possible on condition that the original tickets are returned in their entirety no later than seven working days prior to the performance.
All cancellations are subject to the following cancellation fees :
15% of the total (including VAT) up to 21 working days prior to the date of the performance; 30% between 20 and 6 working days; 50% between 5 and 3 working days; 100% less than 48 hours prior to the date of the performance
