Capacity / Rates

The rates for renting the public areas vary according to the length of the event which includes the time needed to set up and take down. These rates do not include other service costs associated with the event (caterer, director, etc.), which remain the sole responsibility of the organizer.

Rates do not include technical fees or expenses.

Technical fees and staff payroll

These fees are added to the cost of the rental and include: customer service staff, technical staff, security staff and janitorial staff.
The fees will be estimated in the preliminary appraisal and confirmed later.

Rates for filming, shooting, and other specialized events will be provided on request.
